BALMAIN SPRING-SUMMER 2026 CAMPAIGN
FEBRUARY 2026
The Spring–Summer 2026 campaign seeks to articulate a point of continuity between Balmain’s established brand image and the new artistic direction under Antonin Tron, positioning the collection within an evolving yet coherent visual language.

Rather than signaling rupture, the campaign operates in a space of transition. The proposed approach is deliberately restrained and artistic : precise, sculptural lighting to reveal the garments ; an absence of expressive set design; and a refusal of an overarching narrative.

The pieces are presented with clarity and ease, privileging form, attitude, and presence. A sense of nonchalance emerges through simplicity, aesthetic rigor, and a subtle, almost instinctive sprezzatura — allowing the collection to speak for itself.

That horizon reveals itself in the freshness of the fabrics and colors, suspended between the warm hues of sand, the earthy tones of the desert, the green of an oasis, and the rich shades of driftwood and coral. It is felt in the femininity of the collection—air, wind, and movement animating every silhouette.

Everything is light and fluid: the swaying drapery and pleats of satin, muslin, georgette, and crêpe; the sun-kissed softness of Nappa and suede; the cozy, cocooning shapes introduced last winter, now reimagined in linen and cotton knits, sarouel pieces, parachute pants, and bomber jackets unearthed from a vintage trunk.
Then there’s the crochet, the tassels, and the extra-long fringes borrowed from the liberated, free-spirited sensuality of bohemian voyagers.

The signature bags are adorned with the same elements as the clothes, from crochet textures to sweeping fringes and lucky charms modeled from little treasures found on the shore.

Shells reappear on heeled and flat sandals. The look of sand and sea ripples is echoed on dune-inspired pumps and winter boots, reworked with a new hollowed-out heel - just a thin, rigid bar that epitomizes the House's fusion of architectural precision and bold sophistication.
